PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., pleased to relax the condition totally imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.24299 of 2022 order dated 07.12.2022 with the condition that he should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM until further orders passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax one of the 1/5

conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.MP.No.24299 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.MP.No.24299 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022. He further submitted that the learned trial Judge, while granting bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He also stated that the petitioner is genuinely complying with the said condition and thereby, seeks to modify the same.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the above said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

5. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition is ordered as prayed for.
