[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 & 2 and the Learned Counsel for the 3rd Respondent.
2.Today, the Detenue A.Reshmi, aged about 27 years is produced by the 2nd Respondent/Inspector of Police, G.1 Vepery Police Station, Chennai along with the 3rd Respondent (father of the Detenue) before this Court.

3.On an interaction with the Detenue A.Reshmi by this Court, she informed that her date of birth is 11.03.1992 and that she is a B.E. Graduate and she is to complete the project work in M.E. Part Time course and that she is working in Inaufix Technologics, Ascendas Phase II, CSIR, Chennai - 600 113 as Developer and her monthly salary is Rs.40,000/- and annually she gets around Rs.6,20,000/-. Further, she has stated that she is on medical leave from 18.02.2018 till date and that the Petitioner is her office colleague and added further, no marriage took place between her and the Petitioner. Also, she has expressed her desire before this Court to go along with her father viz., the 3rd Respondent and the mother Sivakumari. 4.In view of the fact that the Detenue A.
Reshmi, daughter of 3rd Respondent is aged about 27 years and being a major/adult is entitled to take her own further course of action and considering the fact that she is expressed her willingness to go along with her father viz., 3rd Respondent, this Court permits her to go along with her father (3rd Respondent) and mother Sivakumari.
