22028 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22028 of 2021, dated 26.11.2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the petitioner/A1 shall report before the respondent police monthly twice at 10.30 a.m. Subsequently, the petitioner/A2 shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
