O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.10791/2014/sa.u.thi-1 dated 29/2/2016 and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to select the petitioner for the post of Nutrition Meal Organiser in Government High Secondary School, Mullandiram Village, Arani Taluk.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected W.M.P.No.9126 of 2016 is closed.
