When the matter was taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle which is as follows:- "WP may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to stake claim for notional appointment subject to outcome of SLP."
2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, no further order is required to be made in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
