Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 24.08.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 8 herein and dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
