2526/2021 from the The VI Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, in the presence of MR.G.JEYACHANDRAN, ADVOCATE for the Respondents and of Petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, this court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 20.01.2020, directed the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, VI Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P.No.3950 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said O.P could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the Court below, by letter dated 21.09.2021, sought for extension of time. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

2.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, time is extended for a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
