J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement and the matter has been settled out of Court and a joint memo of compromise has been filed in this regard.

2.Both sides parties are present. The terms of the compromise have been explained to them and they have agreed that the compromise is true and they are ready to record the same.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the parties as well as the parties, the above said joint memo of compromise is recorded.

4.In pursuance of the joint compromise memo, the judgment and decree of the Trial Court is hereby set aside and a final decree is passed. The abovesaid joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit stands disposed of. No costs.
