Prayer in W.P.No.961 of 2023: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's Representation, dated 19.07.2021 and direct the 1st Respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd Respondent and to further direct the 2nd Respondent to give complete quietus to its claim against the Petitioner in Loan Account No.10638201 and to communicate the same to the 3rd Respondent to carry out necessary amendments to Consumer Credit Report of the Petitioner.
