The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents for their illegal ''Kata panchayat,'' based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2016.
2. It is seen from records that, now almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cause of action, if so adviced.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
