This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent and the name is printed in the cause list, none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
