C.M.P.No.916 of 2025 in CRP(NPD).No.4657 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to bring on records the legal heirs of the 2nd petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the present petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 13.02.2025.
