JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1) When the above Appeal Suit was listed on 14.06.2022, this Court, after recording the fact that the learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions, issued notice to the appellant returnable by 15.07.2022.

(2) Now, it is learnt that the appellant is no more and therefore, the Registry has noted that the appellant as ''died'' in the cause title. (3) In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this Appeal pending. (4) Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [SSSRJ] [NMJ] 20.10.2022 AP Internet : Yes
