CMP No.5227/2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused to CRP No.1684/2017 against IA No.56 of 2015 in A.S.No.Nil of 2015 on account of death of Govindan, third respondent herein.

2. CMP No.5228/2024 is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in filling the application to set aside the abatement in CRP No.1684/2017 against IA No.56 of 2015 in AS No.Nil of 2015 on account of death of Govindan, third respondent herein.

3. CMP No.5229/2024 is filed to bring on record the respondents 7 and 8 herein as respondents 9 and 10 in CRP No.1684 of 2017 against IA No.56 of 2015 in AS No.Nil of 2015.

4. CMP No.21524/2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused to CRP No.1684/2017 against IA No.56/2015 in A.S.No.Nil of 2015 on account of death of Kannan, first respondent herein.

5. CMP No.21526/2022 is filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased 18th respondent of respondents 4 to 8 in CRP No.1684/2017 against I.A.No.56/2015 in A.S.No.Nil of 2015.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

7. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, all the petitions are ordered.

8. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the CRP on 22.11.2024 under the caption " for orders".
