This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Mr.D.Selvaraju learned counsel entered appearance for respondents 1, 2 & 4 and vehemently opposed for this petition being allowed.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 118 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.D.Selvaraju, learned counsel for respondents 1, 2 & 4 in the cause list at the time of admission.
