The petitioner seeking permission to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1556 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2016 dated 29.01.2016. The petitioner is not a party to

the said said Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the contempt petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Sub-Application is dismissed. Consequently, the contempt petition is rejected.
