O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action to investigate the complaint and file report as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu dated 16.12.2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondents-Police submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu and that was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, who, after conducting enquiry, registered a case in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.42 of 2015 for the offences under Section 294(b) and 352 IPC and found that the allegations against police officials are false. He further submitted that the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station also filed a report to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu and the same was also accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu.

3. Considering the fact that a case has been registered by the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station in Crime No.42/2015 on the complaint given by the petitioner, which was forwarded by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu and a report was filed by the said Inspector of Police and the same was accepted by the learned Magistrate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
