This Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.55 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Petition was already proceeded by the trial Court and ended up in acquittal. Therefore, this Petition has become infructuous.
