The petitions in CMP.Nos.9314 and 9360 of 2024 have been filed to declare the 8th respondent as major and to discharge the guardian of the 8th respondent respectively and the CMP.Nos.9355 and 9358 of 2024 have been filed to declare the 1st respondent as major and to discharge the guardian of the 1st respondent respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the respondents 1 and 8 are declared as major and their guardians are discharged from their guardianship.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout amendments and post the appeals on 05.06.2024.
