2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case has been registered on 25.03.2017 in FIR No.117 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent, based on the complaint dated 21.10.2016 lodged by the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
