The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation submitted by the petitionerManagement on 28.02.2016 to the action proposed by it on 12.02.2016 on the basis of the complaint made by the fifth respondent.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation stating that action must be taken against the fifth respondent for filing false complaints. However, the fourth respondent-Inspector of Police, filed a counter-affidavit by stating that no such person is available and the relevant paragraph-5 of the counteraffidavit is extracted as under:- "5. It is submitted that in this connection, the fourth respondent made request to the location of the said C.Pallavan/the fifth respondent herein. The Village Administrative Office has also given a Certificate, certifying that no person in the name of C.Pallavan, Son of Chinnadurai living in Pillaiyar Koil Street, Near Ariyur Railway Gate, Vellore on 03.03.2016. It is submitted that the facts remains the respondents discharged their legitimate official duties assigned to them and hence the writ petition is not maintainable either in law or on facts and is liable to be dismissed."
3. In view of the facts and circumstances and considering the efflux of time, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition deserves no merit consideration. If any other grievance exists, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authorities.
4. With the abovesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Svn To 1.
