C.M.P.Nos.1341, 1342 and 1343 of 2024 in A.S.No.261 of 2017 P.T.ASHA, J, These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1301 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, B.Loganathan; to set aside the abatement against the deceased sole respondent and to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole deceased B.Loganathan, as respondents 2 to 7 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The proposed respondents have been served through private notice. All of them have received notice. However, there is no representation on behalf of them, either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
