ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.24486 of 2016, by order dated 04.10.2016, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 04.06.2016 and pass orders on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.01.2018 issued by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
