Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus i) To call for the records relating to the order namely, the Secretariat (Va.La.Ya) Order No.202 dated 11.10.2010 (Secretariat Routine Order No.202 dated 11.10.2010) issued by the First Respondent to quash the same and ii) To direct both the Respondents to pass orders to repay the petitioner the two instalments of Rs.1,500/- only each, both amounting to Rs.3,000/- only deducted from his salary in the months of February and March 2011; and 1/4
iii) To direct the Respondents to grant the petitioner the due promotion of Selection Grade with respective enhanced salary and other perquisites subsequent to the date of the alleged accident; and iv) To direct the first respondent to pay substantial damages for the pain and suffering and mental agony that the petitioner has suffered because of the impugned orders; and to pay the cost of the writ petition.
