Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 08.12.2025 by conducting an enquiry on the fraudulent forgery life certificate in the sale deed dated 03.01.2023 registered as Document No.89 of 2023 at the SRO, Omalur and to take appropriate action against the 2nd to 4th respondents. O R D E R
This writ petition (criminal) has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the fraudulent life certificate in the sale deed dated 03.01.2023 registered as Document No.89 of 2023 at the SRO, Omalur and to consequently take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 4, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025.
2. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition (criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no order adverse to the interest of the respondents 2 to 4 is passed, notice to the said respondents is dispensed with.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that, pursuant to the representation/complaint dated 08.12.2025 given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry is being conducted in C.No.3249/SPPGR/SLM/2025 dated 08.12.2025 and the same will be completed within a period of four (4) weeks.

5. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition (criminal) stands disposed of. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry on the petitioner's representation/complaint and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
