ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the judgement and decree dated 04.01.2017 passed in E.P.No.445 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.2597 of 1988 on the file of the learned XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. 2.In the last hearing, i.e. on 21.04.2017, when the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners undertake to vacate the demised property within a reasonable time.

3.Today (27.04.2017), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed an undertaking affidavit of the first petitioner, viz., K.Partheban, wherein in paragraph No.3, it is stated that the revision petitioners undertake to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the schedule mentioned property to the respondents within a period of six months commencing from 01.05.2017. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for vacating the premises as stated in the undertaking affidavit filed by the first

petitioner, viz., K.Partheban.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsels for the parties and the undertaking affidavit filed by the first petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The undertaking affidavit filed by the first petitioner, viz., K.Partheban shall form part of the order. However, if there is any grievance, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. No Costs.
