2. There shall be an order of interim stay of further proceedings of the Award in C.P.No.161/2019, dated 11.04.2023, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the amount of backwages i.e., Rs.13,39,364/-, within a period of four weeks. It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited, the interim stay granted by this Court will stand automatically vacated, without further reference to this Court.

Post the matter on 12.02.2024.
