ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenu seeking direction to the respondent to produce his minor son S.Sri Raghavendra, aged 16 years.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, in respect of missing of his son, a case has been registered by the respondent in Crime No.250 of 2017 under the head of "boy missing". He further submitted that the petitioner has also given a letter before the respondent Police stating that the detenu has been rescued by one of the villagers, based on which, the custody of the detenu has been handed over to the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for consideration and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
