MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons, the delay of 347 days in filing the review petition SR No.20049 of 2017 is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/- [Rupees One thousand only] to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras for training programme.

By consent of the parties the matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High court, Madras.
