ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court allowing the I.A.No.10 of 2025.

2. The petitioner is expected to get the certified copy of the order and file it for the purpose of challenging the same. The petitioner is not entitled to challenge the order by producing E-court "A"diary extract.

3. Accordingly, the dispense with petition is dismissed.

4. Registry is directed to return the revision papers with direction to the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the certified copy of the order passed in I.A.No.10 of 2025.
