When the matter came up for admission on 22.11.2024, Ms.Sri Padmaja representing Mr.S.Selvaraj reported that she had returned the papers to the civil revision petitioner. I had called upon her to serve notice on the civil revision petitioner informing him about the withdrawal of the vakalat.

2. Today, Mr.S.Selvaraj represents that he had informed the civil revision petitioner that the case is listed for hearing today. He states that he had requested the petitioner to make alternate arrangements. The notice, so sent, was served on the civil revision petitioner and also filed an affidavit of service in SR.No.46202 of 2024 on 29.11.2024.

3. Though the name of the civil revision petitioner is printed in the cause list, none represents on his behalf. Hence, the civil revision petition stands dismissed for default. No costs.
