[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.] 1.The detenue, Ms.Padmni, has been produced in Court. The detenue says, she is 21 years of age. The detenue/ Ms.Padmini, is the daughter of the petitioner.

2.We have interacted with the detenue, Ms.Padmini. 2.1.The detenue/ Ms.Padmini, says, that she would like to return to her parents home.

2.2.Given the fact that the detenue/ Ms.Padmini, is a major, we are of the view, that she can take decisions concerning her own life. 3.Accordingly, no further orders, are called for, in the petition.

4. The petition will stand closed.
