ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondents, not to harass the petitioners and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the the third and fourth respondents, the second respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that based on the complaint given by petitioner, C.No.739 of 2019 was issued and subsequently after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 15.09.2019 and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
