This petition is filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Mr.G.Anandhan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.
3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 41 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve typed set of papers to Mr.G.Anandhan, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
