ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 463, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 448 r/w 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.376/2014, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed and CC Number also given. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are permitted to file appropriate petition before the trial court to work out their remedy in accordance with law.
