ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420 and 506 (i) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.769 of 2020 is pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry. 5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
