Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to cancel the Patta in the name of third parties comprised in Survey No.62/2 (Part) of Navalur Village, Thirupporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and subsequently direct the Third Respondent to issue a Joint Patta in the name of Petitioner and her son Mr.Dillibabu and her daughter Mrs.Lakshmi within a time frame manner based on the petitioners representation dated 13/10/2014, 03.10.2019 and 02.12.2019 as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Second Respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation dated 13.10.2014 made by the Petitioner is disposed of on 24.01.2020 by the Third Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. The Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to her to work out her remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
