Since the petitioner seeks disposal of her representation dated 23.12.2023 and Mr.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the District Collector, Salem, sole respondent, has no objection to the grant of the prayer, mandamus simplicitor is issued to the sole respondent to pass orders on representation dated 23.12.2023, after hearing the petitioner as well as any others, who may be necessary for proper adjudication of the matter, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
