(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) There is no representation for the petitioner and the petitioner is also called absent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented for R1 and R2.
2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, R.Jayabharathi, aged about 16 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The mother of the petitioner Mrs.Jayanthi is also present before this Court.
4.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by the respondents 3 and 4 and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her mother. The mother of the alleged detenue has stated that due to some misunderstanding with her husband, she is living separately.
5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that she is willing to go along with her mother and the mother is also willing to take her home and as there is no illegal detention by the respondents 3 and 4, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this case.
