(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.05.2011 and to complete the investigation pending on its file in CSR No.161 of 2011

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Purushothaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Criminal Original Petition, the case was registered, final report has been filed and the trial also commenced.

3. Considering the above circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
