These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 5th respondent and to bring on record the 4th and 5th respondents herein as legal heir of the deceased 5th respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
