Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenue by name Suganya, Wife of Mani, aged about 30 years before this Court and set her at liberty. O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.Tamilvanan,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Suganya, directing the respondents to produce her before this Court.
2. Heard Mr.M.R.Elavarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. The detenue Suganya, aged about 30 years is produced before this Court today and she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband. The petitioner has also expressed his willingness to take her back.

4. Recording the above statement of both the detenue-Suganya and the petitioner viz., Mani that they live together as husband and wife, we find it just and reasonable to close the H.C.P. The H.C.P., is closed accordingly.
