ORDER
When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as
per the direction of this Court in the order made in W.P.No.1049 of 2017 dated 19.01.2017, enquiry was conducted and upon arriving at a conclusion, the authorities permitted the petitioner to perform the religious ceremony. The said statement is recorded. 2.In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and accordingly the same is closed.
