This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4205 of 2016 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount due under the impugned cheque has been settled to the respondent herein.

submission that, he has no objection, if the impugned proceedings are quashed.
