Respondent(s) PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 4 on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 16.12.2025 by conducting enquiry under the provisions u/s.174 of BNSS Act.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the third and fourth respondents on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 16.12.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that on the promise given by the fourth respondent that she would get a job for the petitioner and 14 other persons, received a sum of Rs.71,66,459/- from them and after receipt of the amount, the fourth respondent had neither got a job for them nor returned the amount received from them. In this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint on 16.12.2025 to the first and second respondents. Since, no action has been taken based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is being
conducted by the second respondent and he will complete the enquiry and take action as per law.
4. In view of the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2025 and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
