This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No.154 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the trial has been concluded and culminated with an order of acquittal in favour of the petitioner as early as on 14.05.2015.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner/accused has been acquitted in CC No.154 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
