O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 220 of 2025 in S.C.No. 214 of 2024, dated 18.11.2025, by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam, Ranipet District, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.6(1) of the order is as follows:- 1/4

6.1 that the petitioner/A2 is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of this Court among them one must be a Government Servant and the other surety must be his blood relative.

2.It is reported by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he is not having any relatives working in the Government Service and also there is no blood relative competent to give sureties to the petitioner. 3.After hearing the submissions made on either side, this Court modifies the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.220 of 2025 in S.C.No. 214 of 2024, dated 18.11.2025, by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam, Ranipet District, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.6(1) of the order is as follows:- "6(1) that the petitioner/A2 is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam".
