ORDER

The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on his representation dated 03.05.2023 for restoration of electricity connection to the property bearing Door No.3/277,Main Road, Lathuvadi Village and Post, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District. Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondent would state that the request of the petitioner can be considered if an appropriate application in the requisite format is filed.

Hence, the petitioner is so permitted. Let the application be filed in terms of appropriate regulations and such application if received within two weeks from today will be considered expeditiously by the respondent, by hearing the petitioner and a view taken thereafter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the same.

This writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
