This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.3166 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 and to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari, daily at 10.00 a.m except holidays until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P. No.2579 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.3166 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is set aside and the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.2579 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 4.
