O R D E R
The petitioner, who is the husband of the 1st respondent, has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2019 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has stated that the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent are residing at Maduranthagam Taluk, Kancheepuram District and therefore, it would be convenient for both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
parties to prosecute and contest the Original Petition before the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu. 3.Ms.Shaikh Mehrunisa, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection for withdrawing and transferring the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2019 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu.
4.Mr.Dev Narendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 also has no objection for transferring the H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2019 to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I withdraw the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2019 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu. The Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruvannamalai is directed to despatch the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2019 to the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to re-number the Original Petition and dispose of the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the papers.
6.With these observations, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
